Q1：How do I assemble the CrowPi L, is there a reference video and precautions?

Q2： Can the power adapter charge other devices?

A： No. Although the adapter adopts the Type-C interface, it does not support the PD protocol, and the power adapter cannot be used to power other devices.

Q3： Unable to boot?

A： Make sure you are using the correct charger and you inserted the SD card into the Raspberry Pi.

Q4: The wireless mouse cannot be used.

A: Please ensure that the battery is sufficient and the wireless receiver has been inserted into the USB port of the Raspberry Pi.

Q5: The touchpad cannot be used.

A: Please confirm that the touch function (keyboard touch function switch: FN+F1) is turned on.

Q6: The screen is black and freezes.

Great pc just has some quality issues, like the to sd card slots, one broke and the sd card is pretty slow definitely recommend buying just use your own sd card with normal raspberry pi os. This review was written 2 years after purchase by the way.

Bought this so that I could use my Pi on the go and to learn Python programming. Although initially a bit dubious, the whole process proved easy, straightforward and secure. Product was dispatched via FedEx, allowing me to track it at every stage, arriving in less than a week and, just 1 day later than specified at the time of order. Installation of the Pi was easy and well documented and, the whole setup process easy and straight forward. Overall, a brilliant service and product. Already have my eye on a couple of additional items. Would definitely use this company again. Well done!
